We've been quoted 5.9p per copy? We where recently asked to supply an A3 colour copier, at the quote stage we put forward our recommendations, to be told that our purchase price was very good but we where to expensive on maintenance. We are asked how much the customer had been quoted, answer 5.9p per copy!

On further research it became apparent that the competitors quote excluded toner? they also charged a £30.00 per month maintenance fee? Our price of 9p included everything!

The customers copy volume equalled 5000 colour prints/copies
