NOTE - The main problem related to the Xerox C7020, C7025, C7030 Transfer Belt relates to poor cleaning, if you are getting streaks appear through prints and they are not related to the Drums then there is a very good chance that either the Transfer Belt Cleaning blade unit has become blocked or damaged.

If you open the left hand side cover as in the adjacent picture you will see the end of the Transfer Belt,  look carefully  at the shiny black roller below the fuser unit BEWARE the fuser may be hot and you should not touch the shiny black roller  you may be able to see  toner that is not being cleaned properly on the roller.

The Transfer Belt works similar to a car windscreen when raining, the cleaning unit removes excess toner from the belt ready for the next image to be produced. If your windscreen wiper develops a nick in it streaks of water are left across the windscreen.

So if streaks appear on your Transfer IBT Belt you maybe able to just replace the cleaning unit if there is no physical damage to the Transfer Belt. Considering a IBT Belt is in excess of £300, it would be a lot cheaper to fit a cleaning unit to your belt.

This will require a service call to fit  the unit for you, the price advertised above includes the labour to fit the Cleaning Unit. You will have to pay a call out fee see our  call out zones page for costs.
