The Xerox WorkCentre 3315DN combines copying, printing, scanning and fax capabilities into one efficient machine. The monthly duty cycle of 50,000 impressions will meet the needs of small and mid-sized workgroups. Keep productive and ahead of deadlines with an output speed of 33 pages-per-minute and a first print time of 12 seconds. The WorkCentre 3315DN not only delivers documents quickly, but also with a 600 dpi image quality.

Users can choose between a standard-yield toner cartridge (2,300 pages) and a high-yield toner cartridge (5,000 pages)—with 5% page coverage. The WorkCentre 3315DN black high-yield toner cartridge (106R02311) is available at Precision Rollers competitive price. The WorkCentre 3315DN high-yield toner will save money by reducing your cost-per-page.

The versatility of the WorkCentre 3315DN paper handling will allow users to complete presentations, sales reports, mailers, and double-sided documents. Load 250 sheets of paper in sizes up to legal in the standard paper drawer. Place 50 sheets of a variety of media in the multipurpose tray. The WorkCentre 3315DN optional paper drawer can provide users with longer uninterrupted print runs.

Xerox WorkCentre 3315 Paper Jams

Paper jams are usually associated with either paper feed issues or the fuser unit

• Paper feed issues, we carry in stock new Xerox WorkCentre 3315 paper feed tires to replace worn tires. When tires are worn they can leave a grey smudge on the top sheet of paper in the paper tray, this is caused by the worn roller slipping on the paper. Paper feed issues are synonymous with the jam indicator coming on but no paper being found in the printer.
• Fuser jams - the fuser unit is similar to an old fashioned mangle, with its rollers being heated to 200’ centigrade. The heat roller is covered with a Teflon film to prevent toner sticking to it. When the fuser film wears the Teflon allows the Toner to stick to it, this will cause paper jams. Fuser unit jams can result in concertinaed paper being found in the machine.

Print quality issues can caused by several factors

• Poor quality consumables, toner cartridges can develop faults leading to print quality issues. Compatible cartridges give even more issues, make sure you purchase good quality consumables from a reputable source, we warrant our compatible cartridges for use in Xerox WorkCentre 3315 printers.
• The Xerox WorkCentre 3315 uses separate drum units, these wear and will give issues with print quality.
• Contamination of the laser mirrors will lead to poor print quality, we can strip and clean your Xerox WorkCentre 3315 printer optics.
• The Xerox WorkCentre 3315 is prone to contamination of the Waste toner system on the Transfer Belt, as the name implies the Xerox WorkCentre 3315 Transfer Belt combines black, cyan, magenta and yellow images on the belt to produce a full Color image. This is then transferred to the paper by the Secondary Transfer Roller, issues with the Transfer System will usually give smeared or banding issues.
